Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our restoration work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your restored equipment. We will work with you to address any concerns.

Warranty Claims

All restoration services include a 12-month warranty on parts and labor. If your equipment experiences issues related to our work within this period:

  • Contact us immediately to report the issue
  • Bring the equipment to our workshop for inspection
  • We will repair the issue at no additional cost if covered under warranty

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Damage from power surges or electrical issues
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (tubes, belts, styli)
  • Issues unrelated to our restoration work
  • Equipment modified by others after our service

Parts Returns

For replacement parts purchased separately from our restoration services:

Eligible Returns

  • Unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days
  • Parts must be in resalable condition
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special order or custom-sourced parts
  • Electronic components that have been installed
  • Vacuum tubes that have been tested or used
  • Parts ordered incorrectly by the customer

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns

Equipment Pickup

Restored equipment must be picked up within 30 days of completion notification. After this period:

  • Storage fees of $10 per day may apply
  • Equipment unclaimed after 90 days may be considered abandoned
  • We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking any action
