Service Terms
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided are based on initial assessment. Additional issues discovered during restoration may result in revised quotes. We will contact you before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 15%.
Turnaround Time
Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Complex restorations or delays in obtaining parts may extend timelines. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
Warranty
Standard restoration services include a 12-month warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or improper storage after service.
Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

- Pick up completed equipment within 30 days of notification
